Tim Rich
Tim is a writer of fiction and non-fiction living in northern Idaho. He currently owns and operates two coffee shops.
During his many former lives Tim has lived in Germany, served in the U.S. Air Force, lived in Okinawa, traveled through Europe, visited 48 of the 50 states in the U.S. (alas, no Alaska or Vermont visit yet), built his own computer from spare computer parts, touched a wild armadillo while at a Texas park viewing dinosaur tracks, and worked as a computer programmer for two major credit card companies.
Tim's writing interests include science fiction and fantasy, a little bit of horror, and various stamp collecting, historical, and how-to articles. For older commemorative stamps, Tim will be using his grandfather's stamp collection and corresponding write-ups as a basis for his articles. Tim's grandfather, Cecille A. Rich, has been collecting stamps for many, many decades. Cecille invested a great deal of time in researching and writing mini-essays about each commemorative stamp the U.S. has ever released.
Additionally, with the help of his purse-obsessed wife, Tim will write the occasional article about handbags.
Eventually, Tim would like to become a pro bowler who barely scrapes by on his meager earnings on the pro tour.
